
Manuka Garlic Bread
We love this healthy homemade version of Garlic Bread by Dietitian Rebecca Gawthorne from @nourish_naturally. It features our bioactive Australia Manuka and is just that little bit fancier than the pre-made versions in the supermarket.

Ingredients

1/3 sourdough French stick (you can use any bread/rolls you want)
2 tbs garlic infused olive oil (or 1 small clove of garlic minced and mixed through
2 Tbs of olive oil)
1 tsp Barnes Naturals Manuka Honey
1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Slice French stick.
- In a small bowl combine olive oil, Manuka and rosemary.
- Brush olive oil mix over each slice of bread.
- Grill or bake until golden brown.
