What’s the difference between ‘Organic’ and ‘Certified Organic’?

The term organic can refer to products produced in natural environments. However, when you pick up a ‘Certified Organic’ product you can be sure the product contains produce that has been audited by an independent third party that guarantees the integrity and purity of the product, and ensures it complies with global Certified Organic standards. In Australia, the governing body we are audited by is Australian Certified Organic (ACO).

For our honey to be labelled as certified organic, it must be sourced solely from organic certified beekeepers and packaged according to organic standards.
